Domestically, Chill-n-go, Inc leases roughly 8,000 square feet of production area.  The company owns and operates an abundance of commercial sewing equipment, including computerized pattern stitchers, compound sewing machines, hot/cold zipper and webbing cutters, Tajima embroidery machines, hydraulic presses/cutters and textile/leather cutting equipment.

Chill-n-go, Inc also maintains manufacturing capacity in China.  Off-shore manufacturing provides alternative client and customer options meeting economic and time related objectives.  Significant resources and effort were utilized in developing off-shore capacity insuring that the Core Value of Quality Manufacturing is maintained.  Monitoring quality and improving off-shore abilities are constant and daily objectives.

Domestic manufacturing is vertically integrated;  all segments of the process, from cutting of 'finished goods' materials, through embroidered adornment and assembly, to the final QC and packaging processes, are performed internally.

Off-shore manufacturing follows a similar tact with the exception of embroidery.  Embroidery is either out-sourced in China, or performed here in our domestic facilitiy.
