Chill-n-Go, Inc. warrants that all of its products, bearing the Chill-n-Go, Inc. label, are, and shall remain, free of defects in materials and/or workmanship. At its discretion, Chill-n-Go will repair or replace any Chill-n-Go product found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship. Abuse, intentional or non-intentional, is excluded.

Normal ‘Wear & Tear’ – at its discretion, Chill-n-Go, Inc. may replace any Chill-n-Go product it deems as meeting age and use criteria resulting in the product ‘wearing out’ – failures in materials and/or stitching from ‘normal wear & tear’. Chill-n-Go believes that if you purchased its product, you are reasonably entitled to its integrity and function for life – we designed it that way. If you truly ‘wear this product out’ – we’ll provide you with a new one at no cost (except shipping).
